Payments

All payments must be made through an approved payment method provided by JayVSN Creative. The remaining balance must be  paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot. Photos or Project will not be delivered until the full balance has been received.

Payment Types Accepted:

• Venmo
• Zelle
• Apple Pay
• JIM
• JayVSN Invoice Through Website

Checks are not accepted. An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 20 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.

Booking & Retainer

A  50% non-refundable retainer  is required at the time of booking to officially secure your date and time. Your session is  not confirmed  until the retainer has been received. The retainer is applied toward your total session balance. Session payments can be accepted through the approved payment types. Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the deposit is required at the time of booking and has a 24-hour grace period. Deposits that are not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subjects the appointment to cancellation.

Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the JayVSN Creative policies.  Collaborations/Creative Endeavors booked with no monetary gain give JayVSN Creative ALL rights to photos taken and can be used however/whenever he see’s fit.

Cancelations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify  JayVSN Creative  prior to 72-hours of the shoot date. The  50% retainer is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. When approved, your retainer may be transferred to a new date. Last-minute cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or no-shows may require a  new 50% retainer to book another session.

Service Refusal

JayVSN Creative reserves the right to decline or discontinue future services for clients with a documented history of repeated cancellations, no-shows, failure to make required payments, or repeated violations of booking policies.

Unforeseen Circumstances

If JayVSN Creative is unable to perform the agreed-upon services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, severe weather, natural disaster, illness, emergency, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, JayVSN Creative will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service when possible.

If JayVSN Creative is unable to provide the contracted services or a mutually agreeable rescheduled date cannot be arranged, payments made for services not provided, including the retainer, will be refunded.

EQUIPMENT FAILURE, LOSS OR DAMAGE

In the unlikely event that photographs, video footage, or other media are lost, corrupted, damaged, or otherwise unavailable due to camera failure, memory card failure, equipment malfunction, processing error, file corruption, delivery failure, or another circumstance outside the reasonable control of JayVSN Creative, liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the affected service.

Under no circumstances shall  JayVSN Creative's financial liability exceed the total amount paid by the client under the applicable booking or contract.
