Turn Around Time

At JayVSN Creative, we pride ourselves on delivering quality work as quickly as possible.


Photo Galleries

Proof galleries are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after your session.


During peak seasons (spring graduation, fall, and holidays), proof galleries may take 5–10 business days.


Final Edited Images

Once your favorites are selected (if applicable), final edits are delivered within 5–14 business days.


Need your images sooner? Rush Editing is available for an additional fee, with delivery in 1–3 business days.


Videography Projects

Highlight videos and cinematic edits are typically delivered within 5–20 business days depending on the depth of the project.


Larger video projects may take up to 30 days, depending on the project's scope.

Rescheduling


Yes you can Reschedule!

Life happens, and we're happy to work with you whenever possible.

One complimentary reschedule is available with at least 48 hours' notice, based on availability.


Repeated rescheduling, last minute changes, or failure to appear for a scheduled session may result in loss of the retainer and require a new retainer to book another date.


Sessions affected by severe weather, emergencies, or health related matters can be rescheduled at no additional charge.


Rescheduling is subject to availability. Your original retainer may be transferred to a new date when the rescheduling request meets JayVSN Creative's rescheduling requirements.

What does " Professional Edits' Mean?


Every delivered image receives professional editing to ensure it meets the JayVSN Creative standard.

This includes:

  • Color correction
  • Exposure adjustments
  • Skin blemish removal
  • Stray hair cleanup
  • Basic skin retouching
  • Lighting enhancements
  • Cropping & straightening
  • Sky replacement (when appropriate)
  • Premium retouching, such as body reshaping, object removal, or extensive Photoshop work, is available as an additional service.

Do You Travel?


Absolutely!

JayVSN Creative is based in Lexington, Kentucky, and proudly serves Central Kentucky and surrounding areas. Travel outside the local service area may include a travel fee based on distance.

How Many People Can Attend My Session?


To keep your session running smoothly, we recommend:

Outdoor Sessions

  • Bring 1–4 guests for support.
  • Larger groups are welcome but may reduce shooting efficiency and can be distracting.

Studio/ Indoor Sessions

  • Please limit guests to 2-3 people who are not participating in the session due to space limitations.

Refund Policy


A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not considered confirmed until the required retainer has been received.


Retainers are applied toward the total cost of your session. Because this payment reserves your date and may prevent other clients from booking that time, retainers are non-refundable, including in the event of client cancellation.

Cancellation Policy


Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled session may receive a credit toward a future booking at JayVSN Creative's discretion.


Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are not eligible for refunds or credits.


Because photography and videography are creative services, edited images, videos, and digital products are non-refundable once delivered.


The only exception is for circumstances beyond anyone's control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other unavoidable emergencies ("Acts of God"). In these cases, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your session.

How Do I Book A Session


Booking is simple! Submit an inquiry through my booking site.

  • Choose your package and preferred date.
  • -Sign your agreement (if applicable).
  • Pay the required non-refundable retainer.

You're officially booked!


All Social Media DM and Or Text will be answered and redirected to submit an inquiry through the booking page. 

Late Arrival Policy


At JayVSN Creative, sessions are scheduled for a specific amount of time to ensure every client receives the best possible experience. Clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes early and ready to begin at their scheduled start time.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled end time. Additional time is not guaranteed and depends on availability.


Late Arrival Guidelines:

  • Up to 10 minutes late: Your session will continue with the remaining scheduled time.
  • 10–15 minutes late: Your session may be shortened, which could result in fewer poses, locations, outfits, or final images.
  • 15+ minutes late: JayVSN Creative reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session depending on the session length and schedule for the day.
  • No communication / No-show: Clients who do not arrive or communicate within 20 minutes of their scheduled start time may be considered a no-show.


Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or discounts due to lost session time. If a new session must be scheduled because of a late arrival or no-show, a new retainer may be required.


Please communicate as soon as possible if you believe you will be late. Emergencies and unexpected circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

By booking with JayVSN Creative, you acknowledge and agree to this Late Arrival Policy.

Do I Receive ALL Of The Photos?


You'll receive all professionally edited images included in your selected package. Additional edited images may be purchased individually or in bundles if you'd like more than what's included. Raw or unedited files are not included unless specifically stated in the clients package or agreement.

How will I receive my photos?

  • Your final images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can:
  • Download high-resolution images
  • Share your gallery with friends and family
  • Order professional-quality prints (when available)


Can I post my photos on social media?

  • Absolutely! We'd love for you to share them.
  • Please tag/collab @JayVSN_Creative whenever possible. We simply ask that you do not apply additional filters or edits to the final images.



Graphic Design Policy


Payments for completed graphic design work are non-refundable once design work has begun.


Clients should carefully review proofs before providing final approval. Once a design has been approved and the final files have been delivered, the project is considered complete and non-refundable.


Additional revisions beyond those included with the purchased service may require an additional fee.
